The Start Up mission is a 6 weeks mission which is held at the beginning of the academic year. It gives the tone of the program and is a first step into our pedagogy : learning by doing. It's an essentiel step of our journey.

During this mission, you'll work in a multidisciplinary group of three students, without choosing your team. Your mission ? bring an start up project to the business plan.

The projects are provided from two sources depending on your track :

• Deep Tech : You will have an observation week during which you'll find out an idea on the field. More about this observation week below.

• High Touch : The start up project is by a project holder from our ecosystem. This project holder is an entrepreneur willing to create a start up and open to associate with the students if the project succeeds. He/she is also an expert of his/her subject.

During the whole mission, an experienced mentor from the X-HEC Entrepreneurs ecosystem will help you to build your entrepreunerial strategy : you'll meet him/her once a week. You'll discuss the work done during the week and the next challenges you have to face.

Here are the responsibilities of the "Respos Mission Création" :

• Coordinate pitch rehearsals : you have to make sure teams can pitch with our coachs, when they are available

• Organize the Final Jury Event : welcoming jurys, HEC Entrepreneurs alumni and students
