The "Mission Redressement" takes place in the first semester of the academic year, from early November to mid-December, immediately after the Start-Up Mission.

During this mission, the students, mentored by a judicial administrator or a recovery process expert, work on the safeguard ("sauvegarde"), recovery ("redressement") or disposal plan ("cession") of a company.

The objective is to confront the students in a failure situation to teach them how to cope with it. At the end of the Mission, students must defend their plan in front of the jury.

During the mission, each team will have two coaching sessions with a team of 3 experts (lawyer, accountant, manager) thanks to our partner, the ARE - association pour le retournement des entreprises.

In case of a disposal plan, two or three teams may be competing on the same file, like in real life :

• These teams, working on the disposal plans, will work with a tutor as the "administrateur judiciaire" will stay neutral.
• At the end of the mission, these teams will present their plans to the same jury, which will decide which is the most convincing plan.

In case of a safeguard or recovery plan, the "administrateur judiciaire" or someone in his team will mentor the team.
