Most banks will provide loans to study at HEC Paris to French citizens or residents with pre-established banking credentials at a very low interest rate (around 1% in 2019). We have excellent relationships with local branches of national banks :

Furthermore, information sessions with bank representatives are organized on campus every year during the first 3 weeks of September.

International Scholarships

The program offers scholarships to all the students enrolled to an international track such as Berkeley, xxx. The amount granted will depend on your incomings.

Process :

1. You must choose an international track.
2. You must fill this form out[include form] so we can estimate your incomings.
3. Depending on the track tuition fees and your incomings, we will make you a scholarship offer.
4. You can decide whether you accept the scholarship and register to the track you've chosen or decline the offer.
5. If you accept the offer, the scholarship will be credited to your bank account.
6. You must pay the tuition fees to the international institution you have applied to

General Rule

All expenses must be submitted and approved by the direction of the program before being engaged. Any expenses engaged without previous approval from the program direction will not be reimbursed.

Non Refunded Expenses

All following expenses are not afforded by the program :

• Start up Mission and related expenses : HEC will not afford any expense regarding this Mission. Students must talk directly to the project holder to see if he is willing or not to reimburse the expenses engaged. Warning!! It is not compulsury for him to reimburse your spendings.
• Mission Reprise related expenses : Idem
• Personal project : spendings engaged for your personal project are not refunded.
• Any travel expenses in Ile de France will not be refunded

Refunded Expenses

Travel spendings outside Ile de France, engaged during the Observation Week (Start Up mission), Scale Up Mission or "Mission Redressement" can be refunded by the program within the following limits :

• Spendings engaged for the Missions mentioned above or the Observation Week will be refunded up to 900€ per team
• Hotel room rate : 65 €/night/team (base formula 1 hotel), maximum 3 nights/team. Payment receipt requested.
• Kilometers : 0,2€/km, maximum 3 round trip/team. Payment receipt needed.
• Catering : Not reimbursed

Process :

1. you must keep the ORIGINAL of all your receipts !!

2. you must send by post the items here below to HEC Entrepreneurs, room T06, 1 rue de la Libération 78351 Jouy-en-Josas :

• A summary table of all your expenses regarding the mission. This document must be signed by :
  • Someone at the hosting company for Observation Week and Start Up Mission
  • Your judiciary administrator during the Misssion Redressement
• All your payment receipts.
• The bank account information (RIB) from one of the team's member.

3. Send the letter to the address here below before due date (two weeks after end of mission, or observation week).

NB : Due to HEC policy we are not able to accept receipts by email.

Other expenses

For other expenses, like Darty, you may talk to the X-HEC Entrepreneurs Students Association to see if they are willing to refund them. This process concerns merely the students.
