During the Scale Up mission, a team of 3 students will work with a fast-growing start up. You will be in direct relationship with one of the founders and have access to most of the company data. In exchange, these entrepreneurs have great expectations about your contribution on one of those 3 subjects :
You will not choose your company, your team, nor the subject. The subject is chosen by the entrepreneur based on his/her needs.
A typical start up selected for this mission has 15 to 50 employees and is somewhere around its Series A.
Fly the nest is a company that coaches entrepreneurs and their teams to help them structure their organization and succed in their growth.
They have a great experience working with a lot of the greatest french scale up.
Each team will be coached by a Fly The Nest expert.
You're supposed to be in the start up and to work there. The subject you'll be working on, wether its vision, culture or dashboard requires a full comprehension of the start up activities and its people. So whenever you're not in class, you're on site. All start up offices are in Paris or close. You should spent more than half of the week in the start up.
