*NEW* Host Controls

Turn Host Management on or off

  1. On your computer, go to meet.google.com.

  2. Join a meeting.

  3. At the bottom right, click Meeting Safety .

  4. From the side panel that appears, switch on Host Management.

  5. To switch off, click Host Management and turn it off.

Add or remove a co-host

  1. In a meeting, at the bottom right, click Show everyone .

  2. From the “People” tab, find or search the participant’s name.

  3. Next to their name, click Menu Grant host controls .

* The Meeting safety icon will now appear at the bottom of the new co-host’s screen.

*NEW* Presentation Options

When you hover over your presentation, you will have the option to shrink it to the size of a participant tile so you can see more students!
