Reviewing Student Work

How to check for and respond to student work including posting private comments and how to provide comments on different types of files submitted (e.g., Jamboards, Docs, Slideshows, and JPEGs).

Please note:

Students can view private comments as soon as they're posted.
Comments made directly in student work (e.g., Jamboards, Slides, Docs, etc.) can be viewed as soon as they're made, but student edits in respoinse can not be made until the work is returned or the teacher adjusts file permissions.

Commenting on JPEGs

How to make comments on a JPEG. When a JPEG is returned to a student, they can view the comments by directly opening the image from their drive.

Please note:

For students to view comments made directly on a JPEG, they must open it in a new window.
Comments on JPEGS are directly viewable on an iPad.
