A picture of Eris and it's moon. You can see how it is not a clear image, it's very far away.
Hi this is Bevaan R. and I will share information about Eris, the most massive dwarf planet. It is the second largest known dwarf planet. It is a trans-Neptunian object in the scattered disk and has a high-eccentricity orbit. Eris was discovered in January 2005 by a Palomar Observatory based team led by Mike Brown and later verified that year. It has an orbital period of 558 years and a radius of 722.65 miles. Eris has a rotation period of 1.1 days. It has a moon named Dysnomia. Eris has a period of 559.07 years. It has a density of 2.52 g/cm ³. The surface of Eris can be modeled using two areas of distinct composition: about 50% appears to be covered with pure methane ice, while the rest of its surface would be made of an intimate mixture of methane, nitrogen and water ices, and ice tholin.
