Ensure your associate work groups are coded correctly in HBC Connect to ensure accurate schedules

Each Manager Zone (1, 2, or 3) contain multiple Scheduling Zones. Each Scheduling Zone can have a number of Workgroups feeding into it. Every store is unique - see list below to ensure you select the correct workgroup for your associates. You must submit an AskHR ticket to change a workgroup and these changes will flow through to WFM after 24 hours, impacting any future generated schedules
