Q: Is my store keeping up with approving all deviations?
Q: Were shifts authorized or left unauthorized for prior weeks?
Q: Am I clear and in good shape for the Sunday payroll close?
The Unauthorized Records Report displays unauthorized employee work detail records. If there is no information available from the employee's timesheet, the appropriate column is left blank (e.g., if there is no clocks data for Robert Skinner on the specified work date, the Clocks column is blank for his record entry). You must specify start and end dates for the report and, optionally, employee and team. If you only specify start/end dates, the report displays all unauthorized records for the time period.
To run this WFM Report, click on the My Reports Tab > and select Unauthorized Records Report
From there you will be prompted to filter your report to the desired employee, or team (see example to the left)
You may select an individual Employee ID for a specific associate, Manager Zones, or even Scheduling Zones but be sure to Include Sub Teams to capture all zones within each hierarchy.
Select your time-frame in the Date Selection portion for whichever length of time you wish to see the data. For example. if you are curious about an overage over the weekend and want to investigate whether payroll was maintained, you may select the prior week.
Select your Report Format (Excel to export) and click on Go. Your file will download automatically.
The sample report has been configured to show a manager zone with only 2 associates for a prior completed week.
This report indicates that these swipes and timesheet entries were left unauthorized for the prior week. These deviations were not completed. As a best practice, deviations should be processed daily in WFM and swipes show in the timesheet approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour after their occur in store.
