Some Questions that using this report can answer
Q. Do all part time associates have time they are not available entered in WFM?
Q. Is what is entered accurately reflecting when associates are available/not available?
The system will assume associates are available 100% of the time if no entries are made to indicate times they are not available.
Please note changes will not reflect automatically in real time on the schedules, please reach out to your planner to have upcoming schedules regenerated where possible.
To run this WFM Report, click on the My Reports Tab > and select HB - Availability
From there, you may select your store, and preferred Report Format
Employee ID: A 7(or 8)-digit person ID assigned when the associate joins HBC. It is NOT the badge number. This number is also the Username field for the associate to access WFM.
Date range: The start and end dates of the effective period
Time range: Represents the start and end times the associate is unavailable for that day.
Availability status: Whether the associate is available or unavailable for that day(s)
