Q: Where can I see a list of my associates organized by team?
Q: How can I tell which workgroups are currently assigned to which associates?
Q: Is there a way to see employee status (FT. RPT. PT-WOB) or hire date in a formatted list?
This report can be pulled by manager zone and can be used as a master list of all associates. It can also be used to determine miscoded employee status (PT vs FT) or incorrect workgroup assignments.
To run this WFM Report, click on the My Reports Tab > and select HB - Names List
From there, you may select one or all Manager Zones in your store.
Location: This grouping is also known as the scheduling zone that the associate belongs to in WFM. It is their "home department".
Work Group: This field is assigned in HBC Connect and flows over to WFM every 24 hours. Each scheduling zone may have multiple workgroups and it is important that you have used the correct one for the associate to begin receiving shifts generated in their zone. Click Here to see a list of valid workgroups for your store, and which scheduling zone they fall under.
Employee Number: A 7-digit person ID assigned when the associate joins HBC. It is NOT the badge number. This number is also the Username field for the associate to access WFM.
Shift Pattern: A WFM term used to define the regular, fixed rotation that this associate receives. Associates in Manager Zone 1 and 3 will not have a shift pattern. Associates in Manager Zone 2 will have a pattern assigned to them that corresponds to their zone and slot number.
