Some Questions that using this report can answer

Q. Will utilizing this report identify which Zone 2 associates currently have shift patterns in place?

Q. What are the shifts that are attached to the shift pattern, and are they current?

Q. Are there opportunities to add shift patterns for associates that do not have a shift pattern?

This report will only pull information for Zone 2 associates as they are the only ones who have shift patterns.

This report is useful for stores who identify they are spending an excessive amount of time on manual updates to their Zone 2 Schedules.

Key Definitions:

• Location Name: Indicates store number and scheduling zone

• Employee ID: A 7(or 8)-digit person ID assigned when the associate joins HBC. It is NOT the badge number. This number is also the Username field for the associate to access WFM.

• Status: “I” indicates the associate’s profile status as Inactive, “A” indicates the associate’s profile status as Active

• Shift Pattern Name: There are 2 options for this definition

1. NULL - ALL OFFS: stipulates that no shift pattern exists for this associate

2. 1575 04181 01 MZ2-WAVE1 D FR: shows shift pattern number including store#, scheduling zone, and slot number (the balance is the upload suffix)

• Day: Numbers correspond to days of the week i.e. 1 = Sunday, 7 = Saturday etc.

• Shift Name: Indicates start and end times of shifts for that day (may show as OFF if there is no shift scheduled for the day)

Please work with your Workforce Planner to have new/updated shift patterns uploaded.

Please note changes will not reflect automatically in real time on the schedules.
