Some Questions that using this report can answer

Q. Do all associates have skills assigned to them weighted at 66 for their home scheduling Zone?

Q. Do part time associates have secondary skills to other scheduling zones weighted at 33?

Q. Has the correct scheduling zone been added as a skill (not workgroup)?

Q. Are there duplicate skills with different skill weighting? If so, incorrect skills should be deleted!

This report is mainly used for MZ 1 and 3, please note skills are not applicable to MZ2 as associates are on shift patterns. Skills may only be added to associates for valid scheduling zones within their home MZ (1, 2 or 3).

Key Definitions:

• Employee ID: A 7(or 8)-digit person ID assigned when the associate joins HBC. It is NOT the badge number. This number is also the Username field for the associate to access WFM.

• Is Full Time: “N” (no) indicates the employee status as not full time, “Y” (yes) indicates the employee status as full time

• Status: “I” indicates the associate’s profile status as Inactive, “A” indicates the associate’s profile status as Active

• Skill Name: This number is also known as the scheduling zone that the associate belongs to or is able to be scheduled to in WFM .

• Skill Weight: Weight should be 66 for priority dept and/or 33 for secondary dept to allow associate to be scheduled in various scheduling zones based on skills and needs of business

Please note that you can add up to 5 Skills per associate. Start Date should be on a future date Sunday and End Date should be 01/01/3000 or a specified date if associate will no longer be scheduled in a specific scheduling zone.
