One of my favorite sites when I want to see what industries are trending and which stocks are making the biggest moves.
Note how each industry is represented by an ETF that you can actually trade if you want broad exposure to the market instead of singular stocks.
To get an idea of the sector over various timeframes you can sort the information by the day, week (5 days), month, etc.
Sector Overview shows you the S&P500 performance and holdings as well each sector.
Sector Heatmap shows you a colored chart that shows green or red depending on whether it is up or down; it also shows you a percentage of the amount
Click on one of the sectors to reveal the companies that fall within the category.
Some stocks belong to multiple sectors.
You can sort them by the current change ($) or by change % to see if it is something worth investing
The 1D timeframe is best for intraday trading to see the movers in premarket trading to jump on board
Using a larger timeframe can show you an industry that might be making a move and the stocks that could be in line to make a larger move
