• Using makey makey, I created a clicker because it is much more efficient than a mouse clicking.

• During this process, I learned how to program a makey makey to do things.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because i used makey makey to solve the problem of not being able to click as fast as i want.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how ad what to connect wires to. I was able to do it by testing out many different positions of the wires.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change how long it took me to figure out how to use the wires. The reason why I would change it is because it took me awhile to start with the makey makey and actually have it work.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in jobs of people that make or test coding.
