Day 1: I did my site

Day 2: I did more of my site and made the project on Soundtrap

Day 3: I worked on the beat

Day 4: I did my verses and worked on my site

Day 5: I finished my verses and worked on my site

Day 6: I worked on the beat and sound of the song

Day 7: We added the verses to the song

Day 8: We redid some verses and added them to the song

Day 9: I completed my site

I used Soundtrap to create a song as our final project, a choice we made because we believed it would be a fitting end to our class. Through this experience, I gained insights into crafting a compelling beat. Our class revolves around seven standards: Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project aligns with creative communication, as I had to infuse creativity to make the song catchy.
A significant challenge during this project was messing up my verses. However, persistence paid off as I worked on them repeatedly until they were correct. If given the opportunity to redo this project, I would alter my approach to the verses, mainly because I rushed one and delivered the other awkwardly.
Hastings High School's Career and Technical Education Program covers diverse fields like Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project specifically connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program, linking to potential careers in content creation and music production.
