Daily Log:
day 1: we didn't get our cubes yet so I did my planning questions and 10 good ideas
day 2: I just did nothing honestly which I regret
day 3: I just tried to get people a couple of 3d models
day 4: I got my idea for a football game
day 5: I built the field on every side and the players and goalposts
day 6: I built the second and third scenes and did my video for my cardboard project, I also tested with the rhythm cube
day 7: I started my fifth scene but didn't finish it
day 8: I finished my fifth scene
day 9: we had an assembly but i finished at home
day 10: I uploaded the video to my website
Using co spaces, I created a AR football game because i like football and thought it would be a cool thing to make.
During this process, I learned how to use the input and pathing in the code part of co spaces.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because i used the coding in the co-blocks portion to animate my football players and the ball.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to animate my game. I was able to do it by looking up how to do it and learning about it from there.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how late i started to work on the project. The reason why I would change it is because my project wasn't at its full potential because I didn't use my time wisely.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in designers that make computer 3d prototypes.
