8P3-Controller Holder

Using Tinker cad and my computer to create my project, I created a controller holder because I didn't want to take up desk space, so I have more room on my desk for other things.

During this process, I learned how to use Tinker Cad and how to get the dimensions just right so I dont screw it up.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because I am using knowledge to create my project and the knowledge to find the right height and dimensions to have it.

A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to get the dimensions just right to make it fit. I was able to do it by looking up the dimensions of my controller and the dimensions I can print it then I get it so that I can make it right and then I can use it.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the overall design because it is not that good of a design in my opinion and I would try and make it more interesting. The reason why I would change it is because I don't like the design.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
