Day 4-
I finished the rest of the tires and made me, Mya, Kyle, and Bella out of cardboard to be our passengers.

Day 5-
we finished the entire car, and Mya added a license plate that said "Mya is the best"
passengers are Mya (in the driver seat) Me in the passenger seat and Bella and Kyle in the back.
Day 6-

Using an iPad, iMovie, and the internet, I created a cardboard Jeep because I like cars and I didn't know what else I wanted to make out of cardboard. Jeeps are pretty cool and I want to own one when I can drive, so I made one.
During the process of making the Jeep, I learned how to use hot glue efficiently and not waste a bunch like a certain someone Mya and I know. I also learned how to curve and cut cardboard to fit exactly how I needed it to be.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because I asked my partners and we talked about the certain aspects of our car and we worked through the problems and complications together.
A challenge I overcame on this project was time frames. I tried to mentally set a time frame for when I wanted to finish certain parts of the car, but I failed at almost all of those. I overcame this challenge by not doing that, which helped me get done faster not worrying about the time.
Given a chance to do this project again, I would work alone. That way, I would be the one to blame if something went wrong so I couldn't be mad. Also I just prefer working by myself.
Hastings High School Carrier and Technical Education Program Offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. Our project connects to Engineering Design because we designed the car out of cardboard with our very own design and we did really whatever we wanted with the car.
