Using iMovie and iPad, I created a video about me, because it shows things I enjoy and things about me and how I have changed

During this process, I learned how to use Uncopyrighted images and use them as clips for a movie, as well as using mics, and sound with iMovie.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to my video, because I'm an empowered learner, because I knew what I wanted to do, and I'm a digital citizen, because I used uncopyrighted creative commons pictures. I'm a knowledge constructor because I used help from Mr. Renner, and help menu from iMovie, and I'm a innovative designer, because I made something original. I'm a computational thinking, because I used and set up sound effects. I'm a creative communicator because published, and public, which also is why I'm a global collaborator.

A challenge I overcame on this project was being not knowing what to do. I was able to do it by thinking about it harder, and going home to think about some stuff that is different.

Given a chance to do this again, I would add more details on some of the topics. The reason why I would change it is because I didn't really go in-depth.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia, CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in producing, motion graphics, and video editing.
