-The plan is to make a target game
What unique qualities will your project have?
-Our project will be unique because we will have our own point system.
Was not here to do it, started next day
Started work, Alex was not here, but I started the first five ideas
Did not start yet, Alex still not here, waiting for him. Finished ideas
Alex retuned and we worked on a prototype for our angry birds game. To avoid copyright we called it angry spheres.
We started offical work on angry spheres. We made the side and the back, and also the foundation. Next walls and slingshot tomorrow
Project destroyed because someone fell on it. With not a lot of time to repair, we are switching to a target game.
Target game is starting to come together. Glued sides to foundation, and added the ball holder. We put only to targets on so far.
Today we finished it, its not great, but something. The rest of the targets were put on
We turned it in, and created our video on it. We then placed it into the other room next to this one
Using cardboard, I created a arcade game because allows people to play a target game, and battle friends.
During this process, I learned how to create a cardboard arcade game, using hot glue, tape, and carboard.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to cardboard creation because because I'm an empowered learner, because I knew what I wanted to do, and I'm a digital citizen, because I did not directly copying anyone. I'm a knowledge constructor because I got help from Alex, and learned how to do stuff like use Plankadoos. and I'm a innovative designer, because I made something original that nobody has the exact same project. I'm a computational thinking, because I used tech to find ideas, and how to make stuff. I published, and the work is public, which also is why I'm a global collaborator.
A challenge I overcame on this project was our old project got destroyed. I was able to do it by making a new one.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change our work speed. The reason why I would change it is because we thought we had a lot of time and we did not.
