Throughout the school year, to further enhance our student's cultural capital and wider experiences, we have a range of visitors to the school. Have a look below to see some recent examples of these.
Over two days, visitors from The Dog's Trust came into school to speak to all of our children in their classes about the work that the charity does and why it's so important for the welfare of animals.
Every year, linking with the science unit of rocks and soils, Mr Berry, from Horton Kirby Environmental Centre comes to school with his hige collection of rocks, fossils and microscopes for the children to use in their learning.
The children enjoyed a whole school assembly showcasing a range of different instruments that they might like to take lessons in!
Going back a year now, we had our second visit from the teacher from the Steel Drum Workshop. The children loved learning and playing along to different songs.
