Mrs. Quesada's Class
Week 16
Week 16
We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving break! Our 5th graders need to AMP UP and be ready for a fantastic and fast flying three weeks before the Christmas Break! Encourage your students to be diligent in their work, practice all the things for their Christmas concert, and have fun with all the activities and dress up days as we finish out 2025!
We are excited to be participating in a holiday service project once again. We will be working with Operation Christmas Blessing to bless families in our community with Christmas gifts. Each class will be receiving a link to a SignUp Genius where families can sign up for which items they would like to donate. You can find the link to your class’s assigned family here. Gifts should be brought in to the classroom donation box, unwrapped, by December 10th.
If all of the spots are filled and you would still like to donate, Please reach out to Mrs. Bos or Miss Sierra. Thank you so much for your support in helping bless those who are struggling this holiday season.
Remember, there are pizza orders this week Friday for sale to help support students going to Washington D.C. Have your student ready to order by Wednesday!
There is a link named "Winter Week" in the first link of the newsletter page that shows the upcoming dress-up/spirit week days as we count down to Christmas! Take a look to see how you and your student can prepare to be a fun participant in our school community!
Our students are going to help decorate our classrooms this week to get in the Christmas spirit! If your student wants to decorate their lockers, they can bring wrapping paper, bows, tape, magnets, etc., they are going to be given some time this week on Friday!
Our kindergarten through 5th grade Christmas Show is coming up on December 16th from 6-8 PM. If you are able, please have your student listen to their songs as you are preparing for the holiday season! The songs are each linked here.
