Mrs. Barrios and I are excited to meet with each and everyone one of you for Parent Teacher Conferences coming up soon! As a reminder, our conferences are booked for 15 minutes at a time. We want to be sure that each meeting starts and ends on time! Please be punctual and ready with your concerns and questions. Be watching for the Slotter Sign up email for conference time slots coming on the app soon! Remember, you only have to sign up for a conference with me. Mrs. Barrios will have a comment for your student on the subjects she teaches on the report card. If you have any concerns, specifically about Math, please email her before conferences.
The library will hold a used book sale this Wednesday, Oct.22, during both recesses in front of the library. Most items are $1 or less. Please bring quarters or bills no larger than $5.
In regards to dress code, the school has requested that we remind you that Halloween themed clothing is not a part of our school's dress code. Please read through page 9 of the parent/student handbook to refresh yourself on the standards for dressing your student. Our dress code policy is in place to create a respectful and focused learning environment that is conducive to academic success.

*Our memory verse is a little different this week. I want the students to focus on memorizing the verse 6 and 10, and be ready to answer the question that is shown below! I want them to think about how these verses remind us how the men of the book of Daniel acted, and how God blessed them. The students can use words from any of the verses to describe what the men did and what God did for them!
