Print Making in 3C
The grade three students in Ms. Conteh's class did some printmaking after learning about it in social studies. Great job, 3C!
Gr. 5/6 Soccer Team
Congratulations to the Gr. 5/6 soccer team. They had a wonderful weekend. The team won their first game and then ended up losing the next three. Despite the losses of two of the games, the scores were very close. Great job, Stingrays! Thank you to Mr. Jones and Mr. Walker for coaching the team!

We have some parent volunteer opportunities open for anyone who would like to help out at the school! We need people to help with our weekly Hot Lunches.
We also will be needing volunteers to help work a couple Casino nights in the fall! The Casino fundraiser nights are a great opportunity for us to bring in money to help get more chromebooks, supplies etc in the school! If you can volunteer your time for one of the 2 dates it would be greatly appreciated.

Pre-Kindergarten Registration Open!
SAVE THE DATE | All applicable Black Gold schools will be open for 2023-2024 Pre-Kindergarten intake on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Do you have a pre-school-age child who struggles with following directions, communication, separation anxiety, temper tantrums, changes in schedule, or other developmental milestones?
Consider having an intake screening and find out if your child can qualify for FREE Pre-Kindergarten with us.

Kindergarten Registration Opens Jan. 9, 2023
Kindergarten registration opens on January 9, 2023, for the 2023-2024 school year.
Children may begin Kindergarten in a school within the Black Gold School Division in September if they are at least 4 years 8 months old as of August 31 of the respective school year.
We encourage families to register early. Please note that programs and class preferences are subject to change based on enrollment, space and program viability.
