13 Days of Christmas

Here are some pictures from last week's 13 Days of Christmas.

Student Pickup & Parking

When dropping off your child in the morning or picking up your child after school, please do not use the keyhole as a parking spot. Lately, people have been parking in the keyhole and leaving their vehicle. The keyhole is to be used for drop off and pick up only. With vehicles parked along there, it makes it difficult for other people to turn in the keyhole. We do recognize that parking at the school is limited, as it is at any school, but we are asking that if you need to leave your vehicle when you come to pick up your child(ren) that you park in a designated parking spot or on the street. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.

Calmar Christmas Hampers

The school is accepting donations for the Calmar Christmas Elves until Tuesday, December 8. You can donate by going into your Parent PowerSchool Portal. Thank you to everyone that has donated already. You will definitely brighten someone's Christmas!

Virtual Scholastic Book Fair

Our annual scholastic book fair is virtual this year. You can check out the book fair by going onto this link. https://virtualbookfairs.scholastic.ca/pages/5151085

The book fair closes tomorrow.

Tis' the Season

You're going to come in contact with an awful lot of people who are at their absolute breaking point this month. Friends, family, neighbours, co-workers, teachers, strangers in the grocery store, retail workers. While it maybe the merriest time of year for some, it maybe the saddest, most stressful, loneliest, most heartbreaking for other's.

We're all busy. But we're not too busy to be kind, caring and patient. Remember the best thing you can give someone this season is your love and kindness.

Season of love and kindness...Be kind
