You need to prepare kai for after the pōwhiri (hākari) - a morning tea, this could be the fruit and veggie asessment.
What can you do before the day to prepare? Remember that you will also be setting up the wharenui for the Pōwhiri.

Gather your recipes, your kai and equipment lists. I need these at least a week before the pōwhiri.
