Pōwhiri: September 20th, in the wharenui at Grey High for the Mau rākau wananga.

You will do the preperation of seating for the pōwhiri - take photos and explain what you have set up and why.  You need to include setting up the paepae, chairs, any kai setting up (after pōwhiri) reference kai as in whare kai, you might have a sign about removing shoes, when do you move chairs, why?  

Where is there room for hongi?- what are you thinking about when you set this area up (remembering that here hongi begins with kaikaranga from manuhiri and mana whenua?

Whakaahua -features.  What will you make sure can be seen and can't be seen?  Why? Think about our pounamu here, why would it be appropriate for our pounamu to be in a visible place?
