β Supervisor & Manager Responsibilities:
π© Send an email to the designated training report recipients, detailing observations about the trainee.
π― Training will determine the trainee's future: either transfer to another campaign or termination based on performance.
π Training Department maintains payroll records and detailed trainee performance history.
π Performance tracking ensures classification as low, good, or high performers.
π Continuous assessment ensures fair decision-making regarding trainee progress.
Training uses a scoring system based on attendance, knowledge checks, participation, and performance.
Regular feedback sessions are scheduled to provide insights into each traineeβs development.
Trainers document performance trends and escalate concerns as needed.
π¨βπ« Supervisors & Managers:
β Visit your trainees regularly to provide support & feedback.
π Coordinate visits with your designated trainer to ensure effectiveness.
π£ Encourage an open-door policy for trainees to voice concerns and receive guidance.
Host weekly check-ins with trainees to track progress.
Foster a positive learning environment by acknowledging achievements.
Implement peer mentorship programs to enhance knowledge sharing.
π Any changes in workflows or processes must be communicated to π© trainers@goacsi.com or at least your designated trainer.
All process updates should be documented and accessible to relevant teams.
Trainers will conduct periodic training refreshers to ensure alignment with new procedures.
