π Transfers should first be discussed with Recruitment to assess availability.
π If youβre aware of an open position in another campaign and have already spoken to the manager:
Justify the transfer with a detailed explanation to the CAO and/or Director of Operations π
If approved, inform Recruitment to proceed with the transfer.
π¨ Important:
β Do not offer a transfer to employees who are not meeting performance expectations.

If an employee is struggling, consider a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)/Action Plan instead.
πΉ If there is no improvement, discuss a possible termination with HR.
β οΈ Kindly note: The employee must be the last to be informed once the transfer is officially approved. Discussing a transfer too early can cause misunderstandings if it is not approved.
