đź“… Deadline: New setups must be requested at least one week in advance.
1. New Hire Desk Setup
When onboarding a new administrative hire, the supervisor must notify IT of the required setup date emailing workstations@goacsi.com.
IT Responsibilities:
Prepare the workstation with all necessary equipment.
Configure the computer with the new hire’s designated credentials.
If a computer is already in use, IT will clear existing credentials unless the supervisor requests to retain the current account and create an additional one for the new hire.
Note: A maximum of two user accounts is allowed per computer.
2. Terminations and Cleanup Process
When an Operations employee is terminated, the supervisor must notify IT, HR, and Compliance by emailing workstations@goacsi.com.
IT Responsibilities:
Clear the workstation and remove any user credentials.
Submit a completed “Termination Sheet” to Compliance to confirm the process is complete.
NOTE: Both processes require the Workstation Management form to be attached.
