As a proactive approach in safehousing and security measures for our sensitive information, we are implementing the use of Thin Client in our day to day practice.
Attached you will find a guide on how to use each of the features needed in the system.
Along with the Paperless Environment Policy, we are to now save and keep all site usernames and passwords in Thin Client. Additionally upload any reference guides, documents to access for daily workflow needs, etc into the system. This includes any documents that have ePHI or PHI on them.
You are to keep Thin Client open while on calls to access the data needed and never to download or save any documents onto your desktop. This will avoid being out of compliance and keep all data safe and secure in the encrypted Thin Client system.
