Enter your unique PIN.
Select an option:
Clock In: Start of shift.
Break: When taking a break/lunch.
Clock Out: End of shift.
Ensure your face is clearly visible in the system's photo verification.
No hats, masks, or obstructions allowed.
Photo must clearly confirm identity.
Supervisors validate employee worked hours daily and weekly using Tandaโs Timesheets feature.
Daily Validation Process:
Navigate to Time & Schedules > Timesheets > Daily.
Verify employee clock-in/out times and break durations.
Adjust hours if necessary (e.g., approved late arrival, missing clock-ins).
Add comments for any manual adjustments.
Weekly Validation Process:
Navigate to Time & Schedules > Timesheets > Weekly.
Ensure cumulative hours are correct and comply with overtime rules (OT only applies if exceeding 48 hours/week).
Finalize and submit validated timesheets for payroll processing.
๐น Supervisors must complete validation on time to prevent payroll delays.
If arriving late: Supervisor manually enters the adjusted start time; employee clocks in upon arrival.
If leaving early: Employee must clock out when leaving and clock in when returning.
Employees and supervisors can request leave directly in Tanda:
Access the Leave Request Interface via the employee profile in Tanda.
Select the leave duration (single or multiple days).
Input details:
Permits/VTO/Unpaid Absences โ Mark as "Unpaid Leave."
Vacation Days โ Register under "Vacation."
Compassionate Leave โ Used for personal emergencies (e.g., family loss).
Specify paid/unpaid hours (e.g., vacations should be logged with 0 payable hours).
Upload required documents (e.g., medical certificate if needed).
Submit for approval.
๐น Managers approve or decline requests in Tanda, and employees can track status.
Creating a Shift:
Navigate to Shifts and select + Shift.
Enter shift details (date, time, team, and employee).
Click "Create Shift."
Scheduling Options:
Copy a previous schedule.
Use schedule templates or patterns.
Apply regular work hours.
