In our second Unit of Inquiry, How We Organize Ourselves, we are inquired about the importance of an economic system. We are learning about the balance between exchange and consumption of goods and services. As a provocation activity, Year 3 students were lucky to have Pak Riva Siahaan (Parents of Adrian 3A) from Pertamina to discuss the role of producers and consumers. He also explained about the connection between people, goods and services as Pertamina is an Indonesian company that produces and provides not only goods but also services. Students were very excited to answer questions and share their ideas during the presentation. Pak Riva generously provided souvenirs for students who demonstrated themselves as risk-taker and knowledgeable learners. Thank you for sharing with us, Pak Riva!
