Greetings.

Here are a few updates regarding the programme at the school.

Year 12:

The DP office has updated Year 12 about the upcoming Mock and May 2023 examinations. Here are a few highlights of the assessment sessions for May 2023.

M23 Exam scheduling: Update

• Three exam zones and GJS in exam zone A UTC+7

• There will be a local start time for the exam in an exam zone for AM and PM sessions.

If we are starting at different times, the students must be supervised from the start of the exam without internet access.

• If two exams are in one session, the students must be supervised without the internet during the breaks between the exams.

• HL and SL exams must start at the same time so that similar instruction can be provided

• For the listening exams, the school can organize two or more sessions in the same slot, provided the students are supervised from the start without the internet.

• All students are supervised without access to the internet for the duration of the exams. This applies even if the student leaves the exam early.

Year 11:

The DP office introduces the Extended Essay (EE) process to the students with the requirements and timeline. Here is the link to the timeline for EE completion.
