Guest Speaker in Year 4

Hi my name is Willie and my name is Kyung Eun from 4A

On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, we had a guest speaker named Ibu Dewi, who shared valuable knowledge with us about natural resources. Ibu Dewi is a very knowledgeable speaker who explained many topics related to our year 4 unit, "Sharing the Planet."

During this session, we learned about renewable and non-renewable natural resources, their benefits for human life, the process of how certain resources are formed, and ways to manage them. 

Ibu Dewi also introduced us to alternative energy sources that support human survival, such as hydropower, wind power, solar energy, geothermal energy, and biogas.

We had the opportunity to ask questions, which helped us gain a clearer understanding of natural resources and the importance of managing them responsibly. This session made us more knowledgeable and encouraged us to care more about the use of natural resources on Earth, especially limited resources like petroleum and natural gas.

We get a lot of new information about renewable resources and non renewable resources from ibu Dewi. Ibu Dewi tells us that resources are important. From this information, we can be more knowledgeable because we learn a lot of things about natural resources.
