The Parent Association Monthly Meeting 

The Parent Association has conducted many meetings from August through October 2024; starting off with preliminary meetings in the month of August, followed by monthly meetings for External Section, Event Section and Religious Section: Islam. 

Through these meetings,The Parent Association is set to run a series of events in the not so distant future, with Family Fun Day, Global Jaya Gives Back and Teacher and Staff Appreciation Night leading as the major big events organized by the Parent Association.

The Parent Association Goes to Bandung

Global Jaya School Parent Association just held its first outing since the pandemic.

Ibu Bunga; head of the Parent Association, believes this trip could strengthen the chemistry between the PA members and help build a stronger and trusting team.

This one-day outing took place on Thursday, September 11th 2024 and Bandung was chosen as the place for the outing. The Parent Association members took the Whoosh train to reach the vibrant city of Bandung and started the trip first with a hearty breakfast at Bellamie Boulangerie.

PA then continued by visiting Dama Kara and HGL Modest, a local brand store; followed by a stop at Tji Laki 9, a viral and oldie sponge cake shop in Bandung. Later, members of PA visited Batik Komar to experience batik making, followed by dinner at Opera Courtyard Kitchen Dago Bakar before concluding the outing and head back to Jakarta.
