Exploring Textiles Seed heads Week 1 and 2

We were told to pick up 3 items outside it could be anything from twigs to rocks etc. At first I found it weird but then realised we were going to used those items to ink draw which was quite interesting its like using mother nature's free art supplies.

I picked up a thin and thick twig, a very cute small log and a feather (I wanted to experience the harry potter vibe writing with a fancy quill but with a pigeon/seagull feather ) then we proceeded back to the studio and and studied the items looking at it closely as well as the seed heads and using the things we picked up inked it and drew with it I wasn't sure how well it will turn out but it came out interesting though most of them don't hold in a lot of ink.
