If you sustain a workplace injury:

• report the incident to your supervising teacher, administrator, and secretary immediately

• follow all directions in regards to completing a Workers Comp. packet, documenting the injury properly, and obtaining medical care - if you need emergency care, go to your nearest ER

• attend any and all follow up medical care appointments, as necessary

• if necessary, discuss any workplace accommodations/modifications with the Office of Personnel Services prior to return to work

• if necessary, obtain and provide an approval to return to work
