Together, policies and procedures provide a roadmap for day-to-day operations. They ensure compliance with laws and regulations, give guidance for decision-making, ensure staff knows what is expected of them and what we can expect from each other. Policies and procedures are good for staff, students, and our district as a whole. When everyone is following policies and procedures, our classrooms can run smoothly, leadership structures and teams operate as they’re meant to, and mistakes and hiccups in processes can be quickly identified and addressed.

Policies and procedures ensure staff and students are able to use time and resources more efficiently. Working together, we'll be able to grow and achieve our district goals of developing academic skills (Goal 1), personal skills (Goal 2), and lifelong success (Goal 3)!
