Employee Information
GGUSD partners with Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) to provide access to a variety of employee information in one location. Using the OCDE Employee Information System (EIS), GGUSD employees can access:
online pay stubs
sick time and vacation balances
tax forms
create an account
create an account
Visit https://my.ocdeapps.us to complete the initial registration process.
You will need the following information to register:
10-digit employee ID
Last four digits of your social security number
Date of birth
Valid email address (it is recommended to use a non-work email address)
Contact GGUSD Payroll if you need assistance

By clicking on "Balances" and selecting "Leave Balances" you can view
your calendar of days off and sick time and vacation balances.
