Step 3:  Reflect

Step 3 is a culmination of the Candidate's reflection on their year-long journey. Working with their Mentor, they identify key moments of professional growth and student success. These highlights are then shared in a Triad Meeting and showcased in a Capstone Video Presentation. This presentation serves as a demonstration of the Candidate's growth in the CSTP, where they synthesize their fieldwork, experiences, and learning through self-reflection and supporting evidence.
