To meet the unique needs of each teacher and their students, an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) is collaboratively developed within the first 60 days of program enrollment by the Candidate and their Mentor with input from their Administrator. The ILP outlines the Candidate's self-identified strengths and potential areas of growth, professional goals, and plan of activities that will aid in growth and reflection. The Candidate receives an average of no less than one (1) hour of individualized support per week from a district appointed Mentor who receives ongoing and in-depth training on the ILP and coaching skills. Additional just-in-time support is provided for other job-related needs.
The ILP is designed and implemented solely for the professional growth and development of the Candidate and is not for evaluation or employment purposes.
