It is our goal to provide Candidates and Mentors with an experience that will help build confidence and character, foster new ways of thinking, challenge assumptions, gain new perspectives, build communication and problem solving skills, expand professional networks, and accelerate career goals.  To be able to do this, we need to know what's working and what's not.  Feedback is crucial for improving the program as it fosters awareness and helps us align our efforts with the outcomes stakeholders hope to see.  As educators, we understand that our efforts ultimately impact students, and your input is vital in shaping their success.
