To be eligible for GGUSD Induction, the Candidate must:

• be a GGUSD employee

• have and maintain full-time employment status as teacher of record

• hold a preliminary credential

It is the responsibility of the program to identify and assign a mentor to each Candidate within the first 30 days of enrollment in the program.  Mentors are highly qualified and experienced teachers that are identified and recommended by district administration.
