Weekly Induction meetings are intended to be a dedicated time for Induction-focused support that will guide the Candidate in meeting the expectations of the program. While it may be well-intended to discuss other job-related topics or spend significant amounts of time making personal connections, it can easily become a distraction and, over time, may cause the Candidate additional stress and pressure as they try to "catch up".
Using the Weekly Induction Meeting Structure below may help ensure that Induction meetings stay Induction-focused and the Candidate receives the support and guidance expected during this time of mentorship.
Remember: Any additional job-related support provided outside of the weekly meeting can still be logged as "Just-in-Time" support on the Support Minutes Log!
