All Induction Candidates, Mentors, and Site Administrators sign an MOU at the beginning of each school year. Signing the MOU signifies the parties' willingness to fulfill outlined roles, responsibilities, and expectations, as well as their understanding that failure to fulfill obligations of the program as outlined may result in removal from the program.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a document that describes and clearly communicates the broad expectations of the Induction Candidate or Mentor. By signing this document, the Candidate or Mentor are signaling their agreement with it.
