Exercise 1: Warm up - Dynamic stretching.
Focus on each exercise for 15 seconds & 2 sets
High knees, butt kick, jumping jacks, hip turn in & out, lunges with twist & high kicks
Exercise 2: Push ups
20 times x 2 rounds
Exercise 3: One leg push ups
20 times x 2 rounds
Exercise 4: Core workout
30 seconds for each exercise
20 seconds rest in between each exercise

Exercise 5: Catching
Pick a target on the wall.
Focus on throwing the ball underarm to the target
Focus on catching techniques; watching the ball, gather the ball
Steady base
10 minutes
Exercise 6: Batting with hanging ball - front foot
How to make a hanging ball at home - socks, ball (soft or hard ball) and a string
Focus on grip & backlift
Focus on straight bat swing and high elbow position
Let the ball come to you
Don't try to hit the ball hard.
Focus on still head, foot movement & weight transfer
