Place 4 cones two off side and 2 on side
Idea is hitting each cone in 4 balls
Focus on batting grip and stance
Strong base
Position your body according to the ball
Pointing toe and front shoulder towards to the target

Catching off the table
Focus on strong base
Stay low and watch the ball
Gather the ball with two hand,eye on the ball always

Exercise 4: Abs Workout
20 seconds for each exercise
10 seconds rest in between
3 sets
