30 seconds for each exercise, 2 sets
Exercise 1: Sweep shot against the wall
Position the body well with back foot bent
Bring the head to the ball
Chin, knee & toe towards the ball
Make sure your head is in good position when making eye contact with the ball
Roll your bottom hand wrist when in contact with the ball (if you want to play alone the ground)
Exercise 2: Sweeping of the tee cone
Position the body well with back foot bent
Bring the head to the ball
Chin, knee & toe towards the ball
Extend the arm
Roll your bottom hand wrist when in contact with the ball (if you want to play alone the ground)
Exercise 3: Reverse Sweep
Strong base
Drop the front knee
Head over front knee
Key point : As bat come through over cross of the front leg change the grip.
Exercise 4: Fast Bowling Drill
Find a wall/door with soft ball
Pick/mark a target on the wall
Aligning front arm at the target
Key point : make sure ball coming in the direction you wanted and straight line & ball travelling where is the front arm is pointing.
